Living arrangements

Residents live in the nine cabins/cottages spread across the property and are assigned according to the number of people in their group and the sleeping capacities of each building.

  • Wherever possible, members of a group will be assigned to the same facility.

  • Depending upon availability, solo artists may be asked to share a cabin with other artists in exchange for a discounted fee.

Each dwelling is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are included. All of the lodgings have views of peaceful scenery and ensure a relaxing experience.

Final concert

Part of the appeal of the residency is the opportunity to stretch your horizons by playing with musicians with roots in different traditions and musical styles. To facilitate that, there are nightly open jam sessions, and at the end of the residency, there is a public concert where artists can play on their own or in combinations with others they've met during the residency. That final concert, many of the rehearsals, and the nightly jam sessions all take place in "the Barn," which is a great concert venue with wonderful natural acoustics and an intimate, homey atmosphere.
